Antique Welsh Whole Cloth Quilt Wales C1900-20 

An antique Welsh quilt in a beautiful combination of soft red and pink, C1900-20. Hand quilted with traditional Welsh patterns of spirals and pennies using yellow thread which gives the pink side a lovely warm glow. In soft cotton with wool blanket batting this has a fantastic weight. In good used condition, with a very slight fold fade on the red side (very hard to see) and a soft fade in the fold on the pink side.
